No the product has to be a one solution fits all clubs package. We do not offer bespoke development. If that were the case we would not be able to keep the product as a low cost subscription service. All current features are listed in the user guide available for download here.
If we registered a new domain for you, a Google ranking will take time (at least 3 – 6 months) and is completely reliant on Google’s algorithm. To maximise your ranking potential we recommend making sure your social media pages contain backlinks to your website and that you have content across as many sections of your site as possible. If you already had a domain that had a good ranking and it has been moved across then you will simply inherit the existing ranking.
You simply need to rename each team. i.e. “U12” become “U13” and because of the way we have the system setup all members associated with those teams still will be.
Yes as of March 2021 the feeds are now only available once you have logged in to your Full-Time account. Full access details are described in our user guide available to download here.
No need to, this is something we handle manually at MyClubPro as and when the current season ends. This has been a little different in recent years with the pandemic.
No this is not possible outside of the menu items the system provides. This is to avoid the site layout getting broken by too many items. *Tip* If you wanted to feature a specific page or external link on your homepage why not add it to the sites welcome message.
We can add one more custom logo to your website header, simply email our club setup team (clubsetup@myclubpro.co.uk) and attach the logo. If you require the logo to link to another website please also provide the link.
The only scenario this would happen is if your fixtures are set to be a “Friendly”. Friendly stats to not get added to the season totals as they would skew your data. They will however still be represented visually on any match reports they relate to.
This is something we can offer but only with a Pro package. The free email service needs to be activated by our club setup team if you require it. It’s worth noting that being a free service the mailboxes are quite small at 100MB each. This means they can get full very quickly and as such we recommend setting them up as POP accounts that are set to delete the original email from the server when downloaded to your email client (i.e. Outlook). Yes you simply need to email our club setup team with details of the new owner. The email MUST come from the account holder responsible for placing the original order. clubsetup@myclubpro.co.uk.
As long as you are not in your initial 12 month subscription as agreed to in our terms and conditions you are free to cancel your website at any time simply by emailing the club setup team (clubsetup@myclubpro.co.uk). The cancellation email MUST come from the account holder responsible for placing the original order.
